By accessing or using DevAI Chat ("Dev", "the app", "devaichat.com"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use of the app means you accept any changes.
2. What DevAI Chat Is
DevAI Chat is an AI-powered personal companion app that provides information, guidance and assistance across topics including health, fitness, spirituality, exam preparation, insurance education, financial tools and general conversation. Dev is powered by Claude AI (Anthropic).
3. Not Professional Advice
The information provided by Dev is for general educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute and should not be relied upon as:

4. Ayurveda & Health Information
Ayurvedic and herbal remedy information on Dev is based on traditional knowledge for educational purposes only. These remedies are not a substitute for medical treatment. If you are on medication, pregnant, have a health condition or are planning surgery — consult your doctor before using any herbal remedy. DevAI Chat is not responsible for any adverse effects from use of information provided.
5. Spiritual & Religious Content
Dev provides spiritual guidance drawn from various religious scriptures and traditions for educational and reflective purposes. This content is not intended to promote any religion over another or to replace personal religious practice, clergy or spiritual counsellors.
6. Tokens & Payments
DevAI Chat operates on a token-based system. Tokens are purchased as one-time top-ups and expire at the end of 30 days from purchase date. Unused tokens are forfeited upon expiry. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Refunds are subject to our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify token pricing at any time with notice.
7. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during signup. You may not create accounts for others without their consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Dev to:
• Generate harmful, illegal or abusive content
• Attempt to extract harmful information
• Impersonate others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent our token system or security measures
• Use the service for commercial resale without our permission
9. AI Limitations
Dev is powered by AI and may sometimes produce inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information. AI responses should not be treated as definitive or authoritative. Always verify important information from authoritative sources. DevAI Chat is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
10. Privacy
We collect and store only the information necessary to provide our services — your name, email, conversation history and usage data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Conversation data may be used to improve our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design and code of DevAI Chat is the property of DevAI Chat and its creators. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the service without explicit written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
DevAI Chat and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for tokens in the last 30 days.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
